Lisa Goudman
Biography
Lisa Goudman is a FWO postdoctoral research fellow at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel / UZ Brussel. She holds a master degree in physiotherapy (UGent 2014), a postgraduate in manual therapy (UGent 2015), a master degree in statistical data analysis (UGent 2018) and a master degree in statistics with specialisation in epidemiology and public health methodology (UHasselt 2020). In 2019 she obtained her PhD at VUB, under the supervision of prof. Maarten Moens, prof. Jo Nijs, prof. Kelly Ickmans and prof. Ronald Buyl. She is primarily focusing on evaluating chronic pain patients and neuromodulation in her research with a specific interest in creating prediction models. She is part of STIMULUS research group, a research and educational consortium in the field of neuromodulation at Vrije Universiteit Brussel. Additionally, she is also member of Center for Neurosciences (C4N VUB) and Pain in Motion international research group.
